The Z45X and RVHX soft-sealed non-rising stem resilient gate valves feature a two-body structure for the stem nut and gate, eliminating any jamming issues; they have a straight-through channel with no dead cavities for fluid retention; the stem seal uses an "O"-ring. They have excellent corrosion resistance: the inner and outer surfaces of the valve body are coated with epoxy resin, and if required, the inner surface is lined with enamel; the connecting bolts are hexagon socket head bolts with a rubber seal at the top. The reliable hygiene performance meets the hygiene standard GB/T17219-1998, and the entire gate is coated with rubber that meets hygiene inspection requirements; parts such as the stem and stem nut are made of stainless steel or bronze that are not corroded by water. They are suitable for use in industries such as drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and coal gas, industry, and food processing.
